2024 LHS Alumni Scholarships
Ann Krohn Peterson
-Graduating senior or alumni of a Jackson Cty. High School
-Majoring in education; preference given to early childhood or elementary education
-Financial need considered
Dean Nortman Memorial
-Jackson Cty. graduating senior or alumni
-Majoring in Fire Science or EMT-related field
Krohn Clinic Physicians
-Graduating senior or alumni of a Jackson Cty. School-or a person living and/or working in Jackson Cty.
-Pursuing an education in a medical field
-Preference given to a student interested in rural medicine
Richard Hilliker Memorial Scholarship ($2,000)
-Graduating senior or alumni of a Jackson County High School
-Majoring in Natural Resources, Environmental Science, or Conservation
-Financial need and academic achievement will be considered
Rick Millis Memorial Scholarship
-Lincoln or BRFHS graduating senior or alumni
-Extracurricular involvement or work experience and financial need
Additional application requirements:
1. Essay: "The Life Experience that has had the most impact on my educational goals and objectives."
-must be 250 words or less and address the issue of financial aid in your essay
2. Two letters of recommendation
Lunda Technical/Vocational Alumni Scholarship-deadline April 12th, 2024
Alumni scholarships will be awarded to Lincoln graduates who have completed at least one year of post–secondary school at technical or vocational university and intends to return to school in the fall. Students will be eligible to receive the scholarship more than one time. There are five scholarships of $2,000 available to both current Lincoln seniors and alumni.
Please use the LHS Alumni Scholarship Application. The LHS Alumni Application should be submitted to the Lincoln HS Counseling Office no later than 3:30 pm on Friday, April 12th.
Al Brenengen Memorial Scholarship-deadline April 12, 2024
Seniors and alumni pursuing a degree in education at a two or four-year college or university. Students will be eligible to receive the scholarship more than one time.

Class of 1970 Scholarship-deadline April 12, 2024
Alumni Scholarship awarded to a Lincoln graduate pursing a degree in education (elementary preferred).

Leo Esser Memorial Scholarship-deadline April 12, 2024
Preference given for Elementary Education Majors.

Humbird Community Club-deadline April 12, 2024
Scholarship defined: Each year one (1) scholarship will be awarded to a Lincoln graduate who has completed at least one semester of post –secondary school (either a technical school or four-year university) and intends to return to school in the spring/fall.
Criteria for selection: There are no specific criteria, each application will be evaluated on its own merit. There will be a strong preference to individuals who live in the Humbird area. Previous Valedictorians and Salutatorians are not eligible to apply.

Meghan Powell Memorial Scholarship-deadline April 12, 2024
To be eligible for this scholarship a student must be a high school graduate from Lincoln High School attending a post-secondary school pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing a career in the field of education, however, the scholarship is open to any student no matter what their chosen career might be.

Robert "Knuckles" Johnson Memorial Scholarship-deadline April 12, 2024
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Be a graduate or alumni of Alma Center Lincoln High School
- Be attending a Technical School
- Preference is given to those pursuing further education in Construction, machining or welding.
CRITERIA: The selection of the recipient will be based on their leadership in school and/or community activities as stated in the question portion of the application form.

Rousey Alumni Scholarship-deadline May 3rd, 2024
Each year one former graduate of Lincoln High School who intends to continue their
post-secondary education (either Technical School or four-year college) will be awarded
this scholarship to help pay for educational expenses.
Criteria:
- Graduate of Lincoln High School
- One or more years of post-secondary education (minimum of 24 semester credits) with at least a 3.0 college GPA
- Not a Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholarship winner
Fred Trachsel Scholarship-deadline June 30, 2024
Applicants must have a Humbird address and successfully completed one year of post-secondary school. Preference will be given to education majors.
